I contacted Svistun Built Corp in late July 2025 for a total remodeling of our kitchen.  I saw his 5-star rating and based on his great reviews decided to call him.  The owner/manager (Ivan) got right back with me within an hour and made himself available to meet and to look at our kitchen that same day. Ivan was very patient and listened to what we had in mind before presenting his ideas and measuring out everything.  I was impressed with not only his vision, but his enthusiasm. I’ve never seen any contractor so confident and passionate about what he does!  He told us when they finished, it would look great.  By nature, I’m always a little skeptical with such promises, so I just asked him for a proposal and cost totals for the project -not expecting to hear back for a few days.   He presented it the NEXT day and it was very detailed.  There were no ambiguities or hidden costs.  The pricing made sense and was very fair. I had contacted two other contractors as well, but after speaking with Ivan again, I knew we would be going with him, as he was very polite and listened to our requests.   Boy, I’m glad we did! Ivan’s team did everything he promised he would do- and more.   His attitude reflected pride in his name and in his work, and he kept a very positive attitude throughout the whole process. He wanted the job done right.  His workmen were hardworking, respectful, trust-worthy and competent.  They finished the job before the projected date. There was no dilly-dallying or “job jumping” as I’ve seen contractors do before.   He does one job at a time.   We seem to live in a world of over-promises and under-delivering, yet Mr. Svistun proved to be exactly the opposite.   My wife and I could not be more pleased.   We now have a beautiful kitchen as promised, but he also found and repaired my damaged ceiling and walls in our family room due to poor shingling from shoddy roofing done by another contractor, and he did an exemplary job with it as well.   After observing the high quality of his work, we opted to have him do a total remodel of our bathroom as well, and am every bit as satisfied. We have received numerous compliments as to how everything looks.   What else can I say? In sum, I HIGHLY recommend and trust Svistun Built Corp with any home project, as I’ve found this to be the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor.  He is honest and keeps his word, and has exceeded expectations.  Just the way doing business ought to be.  If you want it done right-hire this guy!  You will be glad you did. Just had a full bathroom renovation by Svistun Built Corp. The workers were very detailed and professional their particular assignment.
